Create attachment

my default in Lotus Notes when A user clicks create attachment and explorer window opens files and folders are sort in alphabetical order but for some users it does not, actualy sounds like all files and folder for those users are sorted by modified date (looks like) where is setting this can be change? I do not want to reinstall clients to fix this.User can click on view and then sort by name but he or she has to do this every time it just does not stick

any idea?

Yes, but settings is not kept, even if you do this and changed sort by order it does not keep this setting. Any time user opens new message and try to attach file all is in “modify by” order… at the same time if you open Windows Explorer outside of Lotus Notes all is good. Any other ideas?
