Create a roaming user without journal.nsf?

I want to create users as roaming user.New roaming users are created with a bookmark.nsf, names.nsf and journal.nsf in their roaming profile.

How do I get around to create a roaming user WITHOUT a journal.nsf in the users roaming/ profile ??

Deleting journal6.ntf and journal.nsf on the admin client makes no difference.

The admin client refuses to create a roaming user without a journal6.ntf on Domino: File does not exist !!

I don’t want to create users as non-roaming and upgrade them to roaming.

I have created roaming users with no journal without problem.

The users I changed to roaming never had a journal on their client, and I simply started the roaming process via the admin client, then when the user was told they were being upgraded to roaming, and they selected yes, when they next closed notes it simply created new replicas of bookmarks and names, and that was it.

So, as far as I’m aware, although it looks for the journal, it doesn’t need it.
