I require a button entry that will generate a calendar reminder entry (with option to include description) and that also has the ‘notify me’ option included…ie .notes mail address and sound assignment.

help will be muchly appreciated.

Create a calendar entry manually and then look at the document properties. Use the createdocument (Look in the designer help) to fill the required fields
