I am tryinig to run the Outlook to Notes migration utility but my client keeps crashing. I don’t know why. When my client crashes, where does it write the error to? I am looking in my local log file and I don’t see anything.

Look in the nsd file. This will tell you the fatal thread. Also, if you have console logging enabled, look in the console log.

Thanks! I always forget to look there… Now to figure out how to read/understand the error file…
Subject: RE: Crash
open the nsd and search on the word fatal or panic
it will take you to the thread that crashed. paste the fatal thread in and I might be able to help by reviewing the crash stack
Subject: RE: Crash
Lokk for the FATAL THREAD with the few lines under it?

well if the crash generates an NSD file it will be in the IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT folder under the data directory.
