Crash when refreshing a view

Hello,

A user is complaining of intermittent crashes when resfreshing the views on a shared mailbox (used by 3 ppl)

here’s the log file, any idea to fix that would be greatly appreciated :wink:

Subject: please provide dumps

Here’re the steps to generate dumps:

  1. Run the utility to Collect Lotus Notes diagnostic data and exit Notes. This can be found in the installed directory.

This will create an nsd log (and sometimes a java core dump) and close Notes down cleanly.

  1. Restart Notes, select Help, Support, Collect Support Data and select Begin.

ISA will collect all your logs in a zip file.
