Crash on AIX 5.3

Hi,

I’ve installed a domino 6.5.4 server on an AIX 5.3 host. The domino server crash frequently. I find theses lines in the log :7/11/2005 16:8:37 Running cleanup script

/notes/lotus/bin/nsd[5513]: 446594 Hangup

Interrupted

and other something strange : when I launch the server with “nohup server &” the notes user session in killed and also the root session, and I get the message “There are running jobs”

I have seen on AIX 5.2 and Domino 653fp1 that the fault recovery script is not wiping out old tasks and memory etc after a crash. I was running with the event task from an old Domino for around a month before I would out that it was just there… Could kill the task but still it is shitty. It seems that the fault recovery is not doing an equal to nsd -kill!?

Try to take the server down and run “nsd -kill” from the data directory and see if the server turns more stable - would say so…
