Crash Domino 8.5 at 7:00

Hello,

we updated Domino 5.12 to 8.5,

everything works fine except one thing.

every day at 7:00 morning our server crash.

any suggestion?

What really happens at 7:00 AM ???

Which system crashes??? Is it the Lotus Notes or the Windows2k3 ???

Did you have a look at the logs of the windows in the eventviewer ???

Did you have a look at the Logs of the lotus notes domino ???

  • yes, it is empty. I mean in 6 hour some agents finished, then nothing.

does the crash produce an NSD ? This would be the best diagnostic tool

Check your backup program and make sure that the log, and mail.box are not being backup…or check any program that might be locking these files. I seen the same issues on one of our server…ELT
