Hi. Can anyone help me with this problem? I can receive email from my colleague, A. But when my other colleague, B send email to me, i didn’t receive it. When B send email to other people, they receive it. Much thanx

And what’s written in server console? Or use mail tracking from Administrator. Or set “track full path” in Delivery Options in writing mail on B’s client.

Have a look in the personal address book of colleague B - it sounds like they have an entry for you in here that doesn’t have the correct mailing details
