Couldn't find design note

I have some domino 8.0.1 servers - and now also one 8.0.2 with same problem.

I have quickr 8.1 installed on it (including hf5 and hf19)

When users try to forward to or reply on a message using dwa in full mode, they get a page with the next message:

Domino Web Access Warning

Problem: Couldn’t find design note

Solution: Click your browser’s back button to try again.

Click here to close this window and return to the main window.

When I check the log on the server or the console, it tells me exact the same:

04/10/2008 17:17:00 Couldn’t find design note

I installed a new 8.0.2 server to test in a completely new domino domain, with the same result. Did someone experience the same? Does someone have a solution?

My domino web engine is converting to gifs, shows default 30 lines per page, maximum 1000. I found this as a solution on some other problems, but this doesn’t change anything.

I already deleted all profile documents in all mailfiles, nothing changes (except that all users had to set there preferences again)

Subject: Warning: Couldn’t find design note - s

Problem:When you attempt to access encrypted email through Domino® Web Access, you receive the following message:

Couldn’t find design note - s_NotesIDPWExpired

Click here to close this window and return to the main window

After closing the window, you find that you are unable to open any encrypted emails.

Cause:

This issue was discovered after the server had been upgraded to Domino 8.0.1, and mail templates remained at 6.5.x

It was discovered that only users whose id’s were about to expire would receive this message.

Resolving the problem:

If a user encounters this message and subsequently is unable to open encrypted emails, check to see if their id’s are about to expire.

Recertify the id.

Import the newly recertified ID back into the mail file.

I recently upgrade to the same version and having the same problem. Were you able to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
