I am having a problem with a user and inotes. The user made some changes to the view settings, and after logging back in it gave him this error. “Couldn’t find design note - s_WelcomePageFrame_” Now, after looking at the forums, website, the only thing I could find on how to fix it is using lotus script. While I wait on the DB’s, is there another way to do it on the user’s machine, whether it be clearing the cache, deleting a a file, anything?

Is there another way to do that? I have that page, but can I do that locally on the user’s machine, w/out running the lotusscript?
