On several machines, all windows XP with Lotus Notes 8.51 i couldt not dock the open list.When i click dock on, there is no reaction!!
any ideas?

I’ve seen this happen, it usually a messed up bookmarks.nsf or eclipse workspace issue.
You can try renaming the bookmarks.nsf that is in the users data folder on their machine. All of their bookmarks will be gone.
OR
Sometimes the eclipse workspace folder gets messed up. It is located in the Data folder as well, just rename the entire workspace folder, a new one gets created. The downside, it holds a ton of settings so some stuff has to be reconfigured.
