Some corrupted documents are appearing in the database. They cannot be deleted because of the error ‘Invalid or Non-existent document’. Agents stop functioning when they encounter such corrupted documents.
I have done fix up in database and all the corrupted documents were deleted, but again those documents (Invalid or Non-existent documents) are appearing every few days and restricting the functioning of agents.
What might be the cause for this?
How can we permanently delete them from database?
