Does anybody know if a Policy/Setup Settings document with a designated Corporate Welcome Page will override a client setup, where users have chosen workspace as homepage?

It really depends on how you set the “How to apply this setting field”. I think these are more or less self explanatory so I won’t bore you with definitions from Notes help. Of course, I’d create a custom policy an apply it explicitly to an end user and make sure the results are as expected.
