Copying doc to another database

I have created a rule that when a person receives an email from a certain domain, the rule moves the email automatically into a folder in the person’ mailbox. I was wondering if it was possible (once a new email enters this folder) to copy the contents of that email into a form located on another database -without the users intervention.

One solution is to create a mail-in database and have the same rule that moves the mail to the folder to send a copy to the mail-in database.
