Copying a Form onto an excel sheet or word document

Hii

I am having manager access on a database . The main form is having Include in Print option unchecked.

Is it possible to copy the whole document (form) on to an excel sheet or a word document.

I have tried with actionmenu>>> forward which gives the whole form on to a mail memo but I need this on an excel sheet or word doc.

Please help if this is possible…

The document as visible in the view like when we can open a document and do a copy paste sort of thing on a worddoc.
