Copy Selected As Table

I have a user who sends meeting invites to people with a table created from a notes application we use.

She selects the documents from this database, then chooses - Edit, Copy Selected, As Table

She then pastes this into her meeting invite and it appears as a table with the notes document links etc.

But when she then Saves and Sends the invitation the table formatting disappears along with all the doc links, it turns into just a long list of the table contents.

Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this?

both the original, in my calendar, and the invitees calendar retain the formatting and links.

Subject: Check her mail send settings

If she’s routing all emails out to the internet then the formatting would likely get lost in the translation.
