If you go into your own inbox, select a mail and choose the “Copy into new - memo” function, everything works wonderfully.
If you go into someone else’s mail file or more importantly, a mail-in database that doesn’t have you as the owner set in preferences, when you choose to copy into new, it will add the composer of that mail you’re copying into the “to” field of the new memo.
How can I stop this from happening?
One of our users composes 100 mails, twice a day by using the copy into new function in a mail in database but because the mail-in database name/owner gets put into the “to” field, the database unnecessarily receives these 200 mails a day also.
(And telling the user to just remove the added entry from the “to” field on each mail isn’t going to work!)
Thanks for any help you can give,
Em.
