"Copy Into New" is putting quotes and <> around the email addresses

Got a notes user who, when doing a “Copy Into New” from the client gets the addresses formatted as:"user1@company.com" <‘user1@company.com’>, “user2@company.com” <‘user2@company.com’> (or maybe it’s “user1@company.com” ‘user1@company.com’ but I don’t think the positioning of the quotes matter)

and subsequently delivery failures for all recipients

other users who click on “Copy Into New” get the addresses formatted as name@company.com and no delivery failures.

any ideas on how to properly set up this user?

Sounds similar to a problem I had:

It wasn’t a client configuration problem, but something to do with the senders’ address book.

Don’t have a solution, I’m afraid, just thought you might like to hear from someone else who had experienced this!
