I want to convert each notes document to a pdf file and PDF document should look like orginal notes document. I will apprecaite if some body can give me some suggestions.

Third party tool, Intelliprintplus converts Notes documents to PDF’s neatly. Maybe you could test with their evaluation copy - Chad

I think there is a 3rd party product (search in the 4 & 5 forum) or you could export doc to word and pdf it from there.

Hmmm I only used Domino as a configurator to send data to activepdf and return generated pdf files…

What am I missing here? Adobe Acrobat comes with Distiller, which prints to PDF.

You can look at www.xmlmill.com. This product gives you a means to create PDF’s out of Notes-documents. On the website there is only an example for on the-fly-generation. However, you can use this product for batch-generation of PDF’s (so with eg. a scheduled agent)in both R5 and R6. Currently we are working on a Domino UseCase manual with 3 cases which explain the way of working for your kind of requirement. This manual will be ready by the end of this month. However, if you are interested, I can send you a draft copy of this manual already. Just let me know.

On the website, you can find the newly released PDF with use cases for both Domino R5 and R6. It is explained in detail how you can create a PDF in the background using XMLMill and Domino R5 or R6.

I use PDF995 which is an open source PDF print driver. It works great and it is cheap $9.95 for a single license.
