I have a custom app that sends documents (usually) to mail-in databases. I’m working on revisions to one form that is sent to a database that uses the iNotes template. I’d like to change this database to use a different template, so I deleted out the design elements that I don’t need. Now when I try to open the database from the browser I get a ‘Domino Web Access has encountered problems accessing your personal preferences’ message and it opens the iNotes borders (just the borders, no data visible). The database is now set up to use a new frameset, but that doesn’t open.
I also tried refreshing the design from a different template (one we use for the rest of our mail-in databases) but I’m getting a ‘design refresh failed, not all specified languages were found in the design template’.
Do I need to start with an empty database design and copy all of the existing data to a new database (something that’s never used the iNotes template) or is there a magic command that I can use on the existing database to get it to stop trying to be an iNotes database?
Thanks!
