I have installed a Domino 8.0.1 server for testing purposes. It is integrated in my productive notes domain and everything works fine with this.
Then, I have created a replica of my mailfile (from Domino 7.0.2 with DWA7 Template) to the Domino 8 Server. That’s still no problem.
But, then I converted the mailfile template to the mail8.ntf with the console command “load convert -u mail\database.nsf * mail8.ntf”, the design was replaced successfully but all documents from my inbox were removed.
They are not deleted - I can still find them under all documents. But I can reproduce this behaviour with any other mailbox I replicated to this server.
The inbox maintainance feature is not enabled, but I’m not sure, if this may be the cause for this.
Does anyone have an idea, why this happens?
