We have an address book that was based on an R4.6 personal address book design. We’d like to convert it to a typical default server address book (R6 at least). Any hints on a way to do this? Any gotchas that you can think of?
We’d keep it the way it is except there’s some fields/views that are screwing up in an LDAP environment, so we figure we might as well get it right…especially since we’re hoping to move up to R7 and we keep having problems upgrading this horror show.
We also need to add some custom fields to it, but so that they won’t interfere with upgrading at a later point.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
