Convert and send mail

Hello All,

Is there any option for sending a view through mail. I tried sending it using simple action but I canot align it in a table form. data in the view is like this

User Name Grape Oranges Bannana Pineapple

  x                 2               2               2             2

  y                 2               4               5             0

  ...

like that… Each users data is in separate doc. I have put it in a view based on create date. and the view looks like the above entered data. now i want to send this view througn mail. I tried sending it. it is not coming in proper table form. it is just coming like a paragraph. please help me to it send that view as a perfect table of data.

Using lotusscript you can create a new mail with a table to send. Look up notesrichtexttable in the help where there’re pretty good examples.

I think you would be better of by exporting your view to excel and then send the excel file. You can find code that exports any view to excel on openntf.org
