In the inbox view, I do not find the “Show” button.
However, when I do open a message to view, there appears a button on the top right section of the action bar, which says “Show”. Under this, the only options available are “Show Thread”, “To List” and “Copy To List”.
Please advise.

Subject: “Show” button
The “Show” button is at the far-right end of the action bar. (It is separated from the other actions.) It is available only in the Standard client; not available in Basic client.
Subject: Conversation view
We use the standard client here. But thus far, the only options which are available under the “Show” button are those which I have listed in my last post.
“Conversations” does not appear when we click the “Show” button.
Subject: Show Button
The items you listed are when reading a mail message. Do you see the Show button at the far right of the Inbox action bar? That is the only Show menu which would have “Conversations” listed.
