Hello all,Simple question I hope.
If you have the show Conversation enabled in an email. Once open the Conversation field is active. That is, if you scroll, it scroll’s withing the conversation history. Likewise, if you hit the Escape key, it does not close the email (you actually need to hit Escape twice to exit the email).
OK, so the question is… How do we disable the Conversation from being the active window when we open an email?
I have a couple of users who seem to think that this may be a new feature with the 8.5.2 update.
Any advice appreciated.
