I finally figured out what had been causing occasional trouble where the wrong message was being forwarded or replied to in Notes 8.0.2. When I use the Conversation icon to group my conversation messages, the Notes client will no longer use the correct message when I click the forward or reply buttons. This is even after a click the conversation button again to stop grouping. I am however able to open a specific message correctly and then use forward or reply from there. I usually use the preview pane, but tried closing it based on a problem I read about that seemed similar. This did not solve the problem. This is actually pretty dangerous bug because I have confidential messages being a manager and I have already accidentally sent the wrong message out. I haven’t had to doubt the message I was forwarding, but now I will have to retrain myself.
