OK, I know this was possible in an all R5 environment - now I have R6 servers with mostly R5 clients (hey, we are in the process of upgrading our clients - all 5K).
Somewhere there was a notes.ini setting that would override the clients scheduled replication. For example, if we wanted to restrict scheduled client replication to every 45 minutes but they set their location doc to every 5 minutes (hey, their users!) the server would just reject the incoming scheduled client replication request…
Please don’t tell me I am crazy. I’m sure the new policy documents address this, but most of our clients are not up to R6 yet
