Controlled access section problem

I have a controlled access section Type=Computed for display

The formula produces a list of names and the [Admin] role

Even though users are listed and/or in the Admin role, they cannot edit the section.

Any ideas ???

This is a guess, but try Computed, rather than Computed for Display.

I agree…try changing it to computed. I know this could be a stupid question but do these users have access to edit the document (ie…in the docAuthors field and in the ACL)?

And are in they enclosed in Quotes and separated with a colon. “User1” : “User2”

These may be obvious but you never know.
