Hi Our current management proposes to allow only managers to send out mail attachments to external domains, while everyone should be able to send mail attachments internally. I tried with the rules in Router/SMTP-Restrictions &controls, but this seems to be a complex one & I cannot selectively allow few managers to send out mail attachments.
Can any one help me out or is there any tool that can help in controlling outgoing mail attachments easily?

If a third party product is a choice, in www.zipmail.com there are products that will allow you to do it in the workstation, or in the server.HTH
