Sr. Engineer:
Manages and directs the overall Lotus Notes Infrastructure support worldwide. Reviews and sets direction for providing 24x7 availability of Notes platform, including servers, software, vendors contract support, maintaining technical currency on new Lotus Notes releases, and acts as the Senior authority with respect to all Lotus Notes Infrastructure.
System Admin:
Primary support for day-to-day Lotus Notes operations worldwide. Ensures 24x7 availability of Notes platform, including servers and software as well as maintaining technical currency on new Lotus Notes releases. Closely coordinates all infrastructure related activities with the Lotus Notes Engineering group as well as the Global Operations Center. Works with personnel within IT as well as corporate users to ensure a highly available, scalable, and efficient Lotus Notes environment.
