HIWe want to extract the following information from the log.nsf.
1)List of all the ATTEMPT TO ACCESS DATABASE. some times users accessing some one else database and the folowing error comes on server console.
2)List of users using R 6.5.3 OR 6.5.5 on the Client side, i mean list of lotus version
Kindly tell us the way to extract it out.

The attempt access messages can be filtered with the events Feature of Domino.
The list of users van be filtered out of the domino directory. On the person doc on the last tab you see what versions and machines the user uses to access the server.

Furthermore, for extracting the users’ Notes client versions, you could create 2 views (one for each of the version of Notes client), and then use a simple search criteria for each. The Note client build field is called “ClnBld”. So, your search criteria would use “contains” and then you can input the client version you want to have in that view.
