Our users have the standard and basic client installs. They do not have the option to synchronize their contacts with inotes or their Blackberry devices.
I can do it on my full just fine by going to File>Preferences>Contacts
However, this is not an option on the other clients.

What release are they using? 8.5? Contacts Synchronization is available for both Basic and Standard clients. Have them refresh the design of their names.nsf file. This is usually done automatically when you install a new release.

We did a job through the night through Altiris for this. Is there anyway that I can refresh their names.nsf?
