I think your question is about the compatibility of stand-alone CRM’s with Notes as an email engine. I know that the recent versions of Act! for Windows work with Notes as an email engine…check their website for details. Don’t know about Maximizer & Goldmine.

There are several available, from the Vic CRM on OpenNTF.org, to iEnterprises (formerly Maximizer) and ACT! for Notes from G2X. Do a Google, there are lots of products out there.
Subject: Check the catalog
The IBM Business Partner Catalog is a good starting place

(And if you’re a Solution Provider and not already in, let’s get your products in here!)

Oops, I think I misinterpreted your question. I thought you were looking for a Notes based CRM program. If you want a CRM package that can use Notes as the e-Mail client Saleforce.com is one. You’ll have to check the product descriptions for the common PC based products like Golmine, ACT! etc.
