I saw a problem in the forum a long time ago about some users when added to contact list in 7.5.1 not showing up even when online. I thought this was resolved in 8.x. I exported the contact list and there are char’s in front of the users name that make it look like a globe in front of their name. The only way to see them in the list is to uncheck Show Online Only.
What is the fix for this? I am on Windows XP using
