I am a new user of Lotus Notes. I am importing contacts in from Outlook / Exchange to be synchronized with my BlackBerry. I noticed that the Lotus Notes contact form only allows a limited number of telephone numbers per contact. Is there a way to customize the contact form so I can store additional mobile and business telephone numbers?
Subject: You can use map function supported by Contacts import
Subject: contact record supports up to 10 phone numbers
We display 5 phone numbers by default. But if you edit a contact and click the Phone link, you will be able to add five additional numbers. The contact record will display all phone number fields which have data in them.
