Noticed the other day that my server log file had stopped recording events, I could still get to the server, list files and such, but attempting to access it via the admin client using the console just returned an can not connect type error. Physically go to the server and it appears to be up and running, but the live console shows the same date and time as when the log stopped recording. Hit a key and all the events of the past 12 hours processed. So I checked the CMD window settings for quick edit, it’s not turned on, then found this comment:
But the screen was not maximized (though it was up versus minimized). Any thoughts? Does that link sound more likely - I can’t swear the mouse wasn’t hovering over the console screen, who the heck knows.
