I am trying to connect to SQL server using DECS. In the connection document I have chosen the provider as SQL Server7/2000, In the Data source field I have typed the IP address. In the Username and password field I have provided the database username and password. Now when I am trying to choose the tablename I am getting the following error:

Please suggest me the next course of action.
