Connection problem

I am unable to access sametime since installing the new Lotus Notes client 8.5.
I did not have any problems with the Lotus Notes client 8.02.
I have added the 1333 for VPS_ALLOWED_LOGIN_TYPES in the sametime.ini file, and restarted the sametime server.
My attempts to fixing the problem have not worked.
Would you have any ideas of how to fix this problem?
