Connection from a R6 server to a R8 server hasn't worked

Hi,The situation is… there’s a primary server R6.5 (TAMR6)… now there’s a new server R8.52 (TAMR8) registered as additional… they have the same notes-network… have connection-documents… members of the LocalDomainServers group.

TAMR8 is able to connect/replicate to TAMR6… but viceversa NOT… despite TAMR6 is able to recognize TAMR8. Both have permissions on each other, besides, the error would say denied rigth?

I’ve analyzed all I know with no success.

Network: Determining path to server TAMR8/HINOROL

Network: Available Ports: TCPIP

Network: Checking normal priority connection documents only…

Network: Local network connection document found for TAMR8/HINOROL

Network: Verifying address ‘175.50.5.4’ for TAMR8/HINOROL on TCPIP

Network: Unable to connect to TAMR8/HINOROL on TCPIP (The server is not responding.

The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.)

Subject: Windows 2008 security

Ups…The new server is on windows2008… (newbie on it).

Adding the LDomino to “system & security / windows firewall / allowed programs” solved the problem.
