Connection denied. The server you connected to has a different name from the one requested

Dear All,

I have problem from one of my server can not send email to other server (internal domain).

The error message that i get when I try to trace using server name is like this ;

example :

trace server_name1

“Connection denied. The server you connected to has a different name from the one requested”

but when I trace using the server ip address it works well, yet no mail delivered.

example :

trace 101.22.11.1

"…connected to server server_name1 at 101.22.11.1

I have read this posting :

but I don’t get the idea how and where to create the agent.

Ant suggestion are very appreciated.

Subject: Connection denied. The server you connected to has a different name from the one requested

check your server NAB and look at the connection documents. Do they point to the right IP address?

but for sure I have check them.

And they are fine?

Could you please tell me more detail about this? may be there is some step that I miss…
