Dear All,
I will go directly to the condition I face here.
I have 2 server (named ServerA ip address 100.1.1.1 and ServerB ip address 100.2.1.1)
ServerB is my SMTP server.
Several times happened that ServerA can not deliver email to ServerB.
When I try to trace from serverA to serverB here is the messag eI got in console :
trace ServerB
Determining path to serverB
…
Connecting to ServerB over TCPIP
using address 127.0.0.1 <—here is the problem
Connected to the wrong server ServerA/domain_name using address 127.0.0.1
Unable to connect to ServerB
Error connected to serverB: connection denied. The server you connected has a different name from the one requested.
Any clue.??
Thanks a lot.
Any input are really appreciated.

here is the solution
check the target server configuration document for FQDN entry of that is correct
check the target server connection document for valid server name and ip address

Have you checked your connection documents?
If you have none for that server, try putting one in that points to the correct IP address

Hi Chris,
thanks for your response.
I dont have a connection document directly from ServerA to ServerB but I have connection document from ServerA to ServerZ and ServerZ to ServerB.
ServerZ is our primary server, the topology is star.
Other idea?
Thanks a billions.
