Conflicts with the Agent Manager's execution schedule

I have 8 databases running on domino 6.5.3 server. I have some agents in these databases. When I try to schedule an agent I get the following message:

The schedule for agent ‘ChangecalendarStatus’ conflicts with the Agent Manager’s execution schedule on ‘servername’

Any idea’s
