I’m looking for the quickest way to have a prompt appear asking a user if they really want a reply email to include a specific group.
We have a mail group that contains all employees (#company). It is used to send out announcements to the entire company. On a regular basis, we have users that forget and use ‘reply to all’ when responding…they do not remove #company from the cc field. All employees do not need to see their responses.
Is there a way to set up an ‘are you sure’ message?

what about adding some sort of lookup to the reply actions that uses @NameLookup( [ lookupType ] ; username; itemtoreturn ) ?
is it’s a group, then prompt

I suggest the use of the BCC field to send out announcements to the entire company or to any large group. That way it doesn’t matter how the user replies, it won’t go to everyone.
Another option is to restrict access to send mail to the group in question by limiting reader access to the group document.
