Configuring ssh for webmail

Hello everybody,

The problem is that I can’t configure SSL for using webmail through HTTPS.

The webmail works from intranet with http://servername/mail/user.nsf but not from the outside

I read in the red book, it tells I have to:

Create a new self-certificated keyring and then going in the administrator client,

Ports → Internet, Ports → Web. And configure the web part like that:

TCP/IP port status: redirect to SSL

SSL port status: enabled

I did it but it doesn’t works. I still can reach the webmail with HTTP://… But not with HTTPS://… It tells the requested URL was not found.

Same from the outside.

Do I forget to set something?

Best regards

Ivy

Subject: Does your firewall allow ssl connections?

Subject: The firewall are already configuring for that

Hi Dan, Thank you for your answer.

Yes, because without the server upgrade, we used that https connection.

The firewall are already configuring for that.
