Configure Domino to Accept LTPA cookie but not generate one

Hi

Is it possible to configure a Domino server to accept a LTPA cookie (and authenticating the user) but not to generate the LTPA Cookie after a regular authentication.

This is for limiting the first authentication on a particular server.
