Config Doc keeps corrupting and won't route mail for new ADD'L domain

I am hosting several domains on this server, and have for several years. I pretty much know the procedure by heart to add a new domain. However, this latest one is presenting a problem. I have added it in all the places I normally do (unless I missed something) and yet, it wont route mail in to info@thisnewdomain.com - the error coming back is… 12.207.188.5 does not like recipient.

Remote host said: 554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.

Giving up on 12.207.188.5.

Now USUALLY this means I have forgotten to put the internet address in the configuration document in the “Allow messages intended only for the following internet addresses:” field. Yes, I put every address in this field that is allowed to receive mail on the server. —Is there a LIMIT I’m unaware of? I havent gotten GROUPS to work very well… Does anyone use a different solution to his? COULD this be the problem, since 3 times this WEEK, the configuration document has CORRUPTED and I’ve had to remake it. This is bad… very bad, because it halts mail entirely to the server!

Have you ever fix your issue with a config doc corruption? Our config doc keeps corrupting almost every day, and the only one workaround is to recreate the doc. It would be nice to have a permanent solution.
