I had an agent to compute the office hours taken by staff who login their action from a start date and start time to end date and end time. The problem was when I run the agent manually it computes the time but when I scheduled the agent to run on a server id, it will always return 0 value. In the agent itself, the start and end date were formatted to “dd/mm/yyyy”. Any ideas to solve this problem is very much appreciated.

Never, never, never store date/time values in text form.
