Composite Application Editor

I have created a new database from composite application template on local using my own ID.

There is no “Action > Edit” to open the “Composite Application Editor”.

How can I “Enable” it?

Did you install the Composite Application Editor ?

Because I also had not installed the tool und looked out for the action.
