When closing a folder in Notes 8 (e.g. Inbox), my complete systems stalls for ±2 minutes and I am unable to work in any application. Closing a single email does not cause this effect.
Any suggestions how to solve?

Are you using the basic or standard configuration of Notes?

I did not experience this in previous versions.
Subject: Workspace folder
Try renaming the workspace folder, it is located under the data directory.
Subject: Seems solved by deleting cache.ndk file
I couldn´t delete or remane the workspace, so I checked other entries with workspace in it. Found one where it said to remove the cache.ndk file. It seems to have done the trick. Notes does not stall my complete system anymore when closing a folder.
