Hi,
I would like to have our companies logo in all our outgoing emails (on top). I have the picture as a JPEG, I have stored it in a DB. What is the best way of automatically putting it into the body when sending mails out? What is the correct way? I have tried inserting into the Memo form but failed to do so. Im quite new new using forms and could not find this in the FAQ’s.
Any help/guid lines would be appreciated.

because you assume that everybody is using Notes when they might not be and the Image will be stripped and sent as an attachment…
Aside from Bandwidth issues associated with this unnecessary addition, serch this and the R4/5 forum and you will see this has been discussed ad nauseum…

Normally users can change their letterhead on their mail file. So are you going to override that?
Also you realize that each email going outbound to the internet will case the email to have your logo as an attachment. IS that your desired result? If so I would make sure the JPEG is as small as possible.

I dont want to change the letter head, I know most of the recipients will be people using outlook. People who receive mails outside the company dont see this letter head anyway. I know I would have to make the image small, but thats why im asking if there is a better way. eg. I heard one can have a link to picture some where on the web, so it actually just displays the image.
